2502-067753 Successful I request that all the information shared between LEVC and the DVSA is supplied regarding the critical failure of the TXE panoramic roofs becoming detached. The first event was recoded in August 2019 whilst I was head of retail aftersales for LEVC and even after reporting the critical safety failure to LEVC senior management. LEVC gave evidence confirming that a Product Safety Recall was actioned under the DVSA guidelines. During my employment tribunal, however I believe this not to be the case and a service action was issued. If a Safety Recall was actioned then please confirm that this is registered on your website by chassis number as It currently does not show this action. In LEVS documents for submission they showed an email from LEVC to the DVSA, stating that their was only one event of the critical failure, however there were over 300 recorded over the next two years. I request that you supply me evidence of the safety recall investigation and the emails between LEVC and the DVSA as in one email they informed DVSA that there was only one recorded event, misleading your investigation and also misleading the tribunal court. 03/03/2025
