I would like to request an internal review to be conducted by DVSA's Information Management and Security Team. 1) I fail to see how disclosure of information within the report could cause damage to JAUPT's’ commercial interests. As per their ’Notes to their Financial Statement’ 1.2, registered with Company House on 6th October 2022, ‘At the end of the contract, 30th September 2022, the company JAUPT will cease to operate. Therefore JAUPT no longer has any commercial interests. As JAUPT staff are now part of DVSA, JAUPT has no operational capabilities. Their financial accounts are available on the Company House website. 2) "Disclosure of this information would be likely to prejudice JAUPT contract arrangements around the operational costs of services”. JAUPT’s contract with DVSA ended on 30th September 2022! "DVSA’s service delivery appraisal” is very much in the public interest. 3) I understand that the report may include costs of auditing services, i.e. DCPC Course and Centre Audits, which will be put out to competitive market engagement in the next year.
