31/05/2023 F230537 The Land Registry makes available the National Polygon Service (NPS) on a discretionary 1 year free subscription to some selected legal entities. After that one year period, the data is coming with an annual license fee. The first year free of charge trial hence represents an effective forgoing of (license) revenues that ultimately would benefit the public. As such, it represents an implicit subsidy. Hence, it is in the public interest to know which legal entities or companies are benefiting from access to said discretionary subsidized access. I herewith request the following information in tabular form: For each entity that has been given discretionary subsidized access to the National Polygon Service I wish to know their: Company Name (trading name), Company registration # (if available via Companes House) and date access granted For the National Polygon Service data https://use-land-property-data.service.gov.uk/datasets/nps B-Fully granted Not set

An example of the restriction is below. One needs the same requirements for name change ie a UK Deed Poll, or a Statutory Declaration b. Changing Gender on a UK Passport has *exactly* the same process as the Land Registry and can be done simply via a GP/doctor letter https://www.gov.uk/changing-passport-information/gender (3) What are the "other government departments and agencies" you can share a GRC with? 31/05/2023 F230565 I’m collecting information on the statistics and strategy concerning the Register of Overseas Entities (“ROE”) to better understand HMRC’s tax collection function in that regard. I am seeking this under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. How many overseas entities had registered with Companies House (“CH”) on the Overseas Entities register by 31/01/23, and how many have registered now (or the most recent date)? How many more are estimated which need to be registered? How many fines/penalties have been issued, and what is the £total, for failing to register by 31/01/23? If none, why is that? How many land/property transactions have been initiated to date after 31/01/23 where the Overseas Entity ID was not available to complete them? What action is Land Registry taking to encourage overseas entities to register with CH so that transactions are not stalled/incapable of completing? ? We understand some letters were sent out by CH in January 2023 to the UK addresses where overseas entities appeared to own the freeholds or lease them, where they had not registered with CH.
