09/06/2022 F220665 We’ve been looking to validate some of our thinking around remortgage/S&P volumes to help with our scope estimations and prioritisation of future features. Whilst the monthly HMLR Transaction dataset is helpful, would it be possible to get the next level of detail so we could validate the volume of Charge/Transfer applications that are currently aggregated within the ‘Dealing’ category? If this is feasible, could it cover a period of 6 to 12 months so that we have an accurate representation of average monthly volumes? We’d also be interested in getting more detail specifically for applications that involve a charge. I appreciate this is less achievable but, if possible, the volume of Charge applications without a Transfer split by: Lender name, MDRef (so that the type of remortgage can be determined- e.g. residential, buy to let, etc), Number of attachments within the application (to help indicate whether it was a straight forward remortgage), Number of title numbers involved in the application.
