This gave BEIS a % figure of 85% of staff receiving an end year award. Between August and March 2019 BEIS had an increase of employees with a headcount figure of 3810 by 31/03/2019. the use of this increased headcount figure explains the reduction in the BEIS % to 67.4%. |
