These data show the percentage of employees returning from maternity leave against their status in relation to each of the following protected characteristics: age; disability; and ethnicity. Not set
The percentage distribution by age is reasonably similar to the 2015 report. The disability and ethnic minority groups are also very much the same as the 2015 report. The staff numbers are too small to indicate any significant difference. Not set
How will an improvement be shown? Not set
