The data presented here shows the percentage of employees who have been subject to formal disciplinary procedures against their status in relation to each of the following protected characteristics: age; disability; ethnicity and gender. For ease of comparison the tables include a column illustrating the overall headcount breakdown for the protected characteristic taken from the tables in section earlier in this report. Compared with the 2015 report, the percentage of staff disciplined has declined for all age groups. It can also be noted that the volumes in the 16-24 and over 65 age groups are too small to draw any conclusions. Not set Not set Not set
