HO Not set HMG3005a Digital Services at the Border Programme (DSAB) DSAB aims to change the way in which data about passengers and goods is collected and analysed so that more targeted decisions can be taken earlier and threats to the UK reduced as a result. The two lead projects within DSAB are Advanced Freight Targeting Capability (AFTC – a new capability for targeting freight in the maritime and air environments) and Border Crossing which will replace existing systems on the Primary Arrivals Control.
