Employees not on DCMS's payroll have not been included. It is also worth noting that a number of employees were given non-consolidated pay where their pay was already above their payband maximum. These figures have not been included in the end of year section of this template. The non consolidated pay arising from this situation came to £19,377 (Aug 15). 2 one off discretionary payments were made to senior staff during 2014/15. These were agreed by the DCMS Accounting Officer. The total cost was £3,500. |
