The Lyneham Information and Communications Systems (ICS) Services Project (LISP) is a project within the DTTCP charged with providing the necessary ICS for the new college at MOD Lyneham supporting 1500 users. While voice and MOD specific systems will be relocated from their existing locations, MOD Lyneham requires a new training network to function as an effective college. The intention is to establish a Lyneham Education And Resource (LEARN) as the training network using the Information Systems and Services (ISS) Training and Education Services Project (ITESP).
