For vouchers data is available from the supp;iers on the numbers of payments made. Vouchers are awarded in values between £25 and £50. There were 72,520 vouchers issued with an average value of £34.62. The numbers quoted for maximum and median values refer to cash payments only. Other Grade 6 colleagues receiving TDA have not been included in the SCS numbers. 4) The higest value of NCPRP for delegated grades is higher than last year's response. This is because at the time of submission last year, we were awaiting sign off for payment of NCPRP for a small group of senior managers. The highest value for this group of colleagues was £7,500 last year.

As HSE's 2012 pay settlement for its delegated bands is still to be approved, we haven’t yet paid our NCPRP payments relating to 2011/12 performance for up to 21 civil nuclear security staff who retain a reserved right to a team bonus and also to approximately 15 staff in the Radioactive Materials Transport (RMT) discipline who retain a reserved right to a high performance award for the report year running from 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2012.
